Freezer: Conventional freezing for long periods of time. Always refer to the ‘Freezing Guide’ on the inside of the Chest Freezer lid. The temperature ranges from -18°C to -23°C depending on whether the unit is packed or empty. Varifreeze control options are; Freezer, suitable for freezing foods for long periods, Chiller, suitable for storing foods for a short period and Refrigerator, suitable for storing perishables.

KIC offers a full 2 year warranty service which means any functional part which fails in normal home use will be repaired or replaced free-of-charge by a qualified Service Technician.

All goods are sanitised (in line with the National Department of Health guidelines) before leaving our warehouses and stores to be delivered to you.

On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process of delivery.
Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilised for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalisation of sale.
