These are challenging times for us as a continent and we want to let you know that we at Game have doubled our efforts to meet your needs in a safe, shopping environment. Keeping you and our colleagues safe in our stores is a top priority, and we want to share the steps we’re taking in response to COVID-19.

Game has always had various measures in place to maintain a clean and healthy environment in our 150 stores across the African continent. We have now ramped up these measures even further. For example, we are:
  1. Taking all necessary measures to increase hygiene in our stores, such as increasing the frequency with which we wipe down high touch point surfaces and shopping trolleys;
  2. Providing customer hand sanitiser points throughout the store; and
  3. intensifying staff awareness of personal preventative measures to protect their and your health.
We’ve also shared with our teams that pregnant staff have the option of paid special leave so they can reduce the risk of infection to themselves and their unborn children during this crisis.

In addition to these health and safety precautions, we are dedicated to keeping our stores stocked and our prices fair. We are working especially hard to replenish hand sanitisers, cleaning supplies, paper products, and other in-demand items as quickly as possible, and at our everyday low prices. 

Our stores are open for business and we are dedicated to ensuring they continue to be a safe place for you to shop. Please also remember that there are lots of great ways to shop with Game and you may want to consider online delivery.
